The Angels star Center Fielder Mike Trout will be looking to do something he has never done before at Fenway Park when the Angels take on the Boston Red Sox in a 4 game set from August 8th to August 11th.

Mike Trout will be looking to do something he has never done before and that is hit a Home Run at Fenway Park and as of right now it is the only American League Ballpark that he has yet to hit a Home Run at. Despite playing in 19 games at the historic stadium with no homers, he has hit pretty well there in his career slashing .350/.441/.475 with 8 doubles, 1 triple in 80 At-Bats.

Trout, has played in 29 out of the 30 current Major League Ballparks and the ballparks that he has not hit a homer in are Nationals Park in Washington D.C., Wrigley Field in Chicago (N.L.), Busch Stadium in St. Louis, PNC Park in Pittsburgh, Chase Field in Arizona, and Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia. The only MLB ballpark he has not played in is SunTrust Park in Atlanta which opened in 2017.

The reason behind Trout not having Home Runs in those ballparks are a result of how little the Angels play those teams in those stadiums in Inter-league play as the most games he has appeared in these stadiums range from 2-5 games.

Mike Trout will more than likely have opportunities to come up with a Home Run as the Angels will be playing in a 4 game set in Boston and Trout has been hitting the long ball quite often as he has hit 38 long balls as of Tuesday, August 6th.

Trout will be going into the 4-game set versus the Boston Red Sox in his first game as a 28-year-old as he turns 28 on Wednesday, August 7th and has hit a Home Run in 4 of his last 7 games.
