The Angels as of August 28th, 2019 currently have 39 players on their 40-man roster, but also have two players in RHP Felix Pena and INF Zack Cozart on the 60-Day Injured List so they do not take up spots on the 40-man despite actually being on the roster.

The current Angels’ roster has many players who will be arbitration-eligible and those players do not have to be offered contract but almost all of them will. If the Angels decide not to offer them a contract, they would be non-tendered making them a free agent.
