Finally, after months of waiting, LA Galaxy and Los Angeles Football Club Fans are waiting for this special moment.
El Tráfico at Rose Bowl has finally arrived, as both teams and fans are ready to soar at their best.
Tuesday’s game was scheduled for the opening weekend of the 2023 MLS season before being postponed due to a heavy storm that hit the West Coast.
What’s even better is that the game is on independence day, which means fireworks before, during, and after the game will be icing on the cake.
LA Galaxy and LAFC fans will see a great game and fireworks at the same time, which is the perfect summer day.
Not only is the perfect day the game is set to break the MLS single-game attendance record after being confirmed as a sellout with more than 80,000 fans expected.
Since it’s the first time LAFC and LA Galaxy are playing at the Rose Bowl for the first time. It is no surprise it surpassed the previous mark of 74,479 set in Charlotte FC’s first-ever home game, against the LA Galaxy, at Bank of America Stadium on March 5, 2022.
Although it will be a spectacular day, the Los Angeles teams must perform. So far, LA Galaxy has led the El Tráfico series with an 8W-6L-5D record in all competitions.
But LA Galaxy is struggling right now as they are in 13th place. Meanwhile, LAFC is in second place in the Western Conference League. However, LAFC have had their recent struggles, with back-to-back defeats in league play.
The LAFC fans will be ready and prepared for the battle and support their team.
The 3252 will now have double of supporters singing and chanting, making the atmosphere more hostile, but it’s up to LAFC to do the job, and one will win.
