With the big picture, another Stanley Cup, there are some personal milestones that could be achieved this season.

From big milestones to smaller milestones, several players are looking for personal achievements this season.

Here is the list of milestones each player could hit this season.

  • Defenseman Mikey Anderson is six games away from 200 in his career.
  • Forward Jared Anderson-Dolan is four games away from 100 in his career.
  • Forward Viktor Arvidsson is 27 goals away from 200.
  • Defenseman Drew Doughty is 22 assists away from 500.
  • Forward Kevin Fiala is 12 games away from 500 and 45 points away from 400.
  • Defenseman Vladislav Gavrikov is 24 games away from 300.
  • Forward Carl Grundstrom is 14 games away from 200.
  • Forward Arthur Kaliyev is 22 goals away from 50.
  • Forward Adrian Kempe is 28 games away from 500 and 47 goals away from 300.
  • Center and captain Anze Kopitar is seven goals away from 400.
  • Forward Trevor Lewis is eight games away from 900.
  • Forward Blake Lizotte is 42 games away from 300 and nine points away from 100.
  • Forward Trevor Moore is 37 games away from 300.
  • Defenseman Matt Roy is 12 games away from 300 and 19 points away from 100.
  • Goaltender Cam Talbot is two shutouts away from 30.

The team goal is the division and then the Stanley Cup. However, during this season, personal achievements can be had along with way. With some of these players in the second half of their career, milestones mean that much more.

With younger players, it means their hard work is paying off. The Kings have something special this season and could put the league on notice early. Personal milestones set aside, Los Angeles are looking to make a statement earlier in the season.

With the top of the Pacific Division loaded with talent, it will be challenging to overcome the Vegas Golden Knights and Edmonton Oilers.
However, the Kings have reloaded this off-season and look to overcome the doubters.
