The Kings will open the season on the road, with the first game coming on Thursday, October 10, against the Buffalo Sabres. This will be followed by the first home game of the season, which takes place on Thursday, October 24, against the rival San Jose Sharks.

The Freeway Faceoff is against the Anaheim Ducks, with two games each on home ice and on the road. The first game takes place on October 20 in Anaheim, and the second game takes place on November 29. The Kings then take the series to the crypto.com arena for games on February 8 and April 10, closing out the four-game series.

The Kings will play the Central Division teams three times each. They will play the Eastern Conference teams, each one at home and one on the road.

Los Angeles will play the defending Stanley Cup champion Florida Panthers twice in eight days. The two teams will play in Los Angeles on January 22, and the Panthers will host the Kings on January 29.
