Clippers Back at .500 First Time Since November

The Clippers started 6-21, which at the time was the worst start in a really long time. The Clippers have since gone 26-11, finally reaching .500 at 32-32.
With that record, the Clippers are now 8th in the Western Conference.
The Clippers have won five of their first six games in March as they try to improve their position in the NBA Play-in Tournament. Kawhi Leonard had his 42nd straight game with 20-plus points, the second-longest active streak in the NBA and third-longest in team history.
Mathurin had 22 points in the 2nd half for the Clippers in a 126-118 home win against the New York Knicks on Monday night. Darius Garland had 23 points and seven assists in his second start.
With the Clippers now at 32-32, the LA Clippers are the 8-seed after tonight’s win and Golden State‘s loss. Both teams are 32-32. The Clippers have the current head-to-head tiebreaker (2-1).
The Golden State and the Clippers play each other on the final day of the regular season.
